RETURN POLICY:
Items may be returned in store or by mail to the return address listed below. Customers may return any unused, unworn items, with tags attached within 7 days of delivery date or in-store purchase date, by mail or to our store for return anything after qoll be store credit. Exchanges are only accepted within 7 business days, But you have to accept the extra shipping time in between exchanges . All returns must be accompanied by original or gift receipt and customer will receive store credit or refund for the amount paid for the item(s).If it meets the return guidelines. Items will not be returned if the item has been worn, washed, or the tag or hygienic liner has been removed. No cash, credit or debit card refunds will be issued. All clearance items are final sale and may not be returned, exchanged or adjusted for any reason. If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise, or are missing an item from your order, you must contact Customer Support within three business days of the package’s original delivery. If you will ever need to To cancel an order, please call Customer Support within an hour of making the order. Orders cannot be canceled via email.
SHIPPING POLICIY:
Orders are packed and shipped five days a week. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped the following business day. Most orders are shipped 24-48 hours from the order date. Please double check your address at the time of purchase, as we cannot alter an order in any way; including correcting an address after an order has been placed. All shipping timeframes are estimates & we are not responsible for orders marked as "Delivered" when tracking. If you believe your order is lost or stolen and it is marked as "Delivered" please reach out to the shipping carrier and file a claim, as we cannot replace, or refund orders marked as "Delivered"

+ Standard delivery to APO/FPO addresses usually arrives within 18 estimated business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.

+ Priority shipping orders placed Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays, before 12:00 PM EST will usually arrive within 2-3 estimate business days from the shipped date.
